At OmniShopTr, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order or encounter any issues, you may return or exchange your products. Here’s what you need to know about our return and exchange policy:
Return Conditions:

Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Approval: After approval, we will send you our return address and further instructions.

Shipping: Carefully pack the product and send it to the provided return address. Ensure that it is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Return Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing: Once the product reaches us, the return process will start, and your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank.
IMPORTANT: If a product is lost during shipping or the wrong address causes confusion, the product's cost will be refunded but it will not be re-shipped.

Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products must be in resellable condition for return or exchange. Used or damaged items will not be accepted.

Return requests due to print quality or dissatisfaction with print design will be rejected.
Damaged Products: If your product has a manufacturing defect or damage, please notify us at omnishoptrmusteri@gmail.com with "Damaged Products" in the subject. We will assist you and may offer a free replacement or repair if necessary.
For returns, exchanges, and issues, please include photos of the damaged areas. Requests without proof of delivery (screenshot of the delivery email) will not be accepted.
